Terms of Service
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StreamFlow ("StreamFlow", "we", "our", or "the Service"), a streaming-management application that helps users manage and automate authorized YouTube live-streaming activities.
By accessing or using StreamFlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.
StreamFlow is a third-party application and is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Google LLC or YouTube LLC.
1. Description of the Service
StreamFlow provides tools for managing authorized YouTube live-streaming activities. Depending on the features enabled by the user, the Service may allow users to connect authorized YouTube channels, manage live broadcasts, configure streaming schedules, manage video or broadcast metadata, manage thumbnails, and perform other actions supported by the connected YouTube account.
The availability of individual features may change over time due to software updates, technical limitations, or changes to third-party services and APIs.
2. Eligibility and Authorization
You may use StreamFlow only if you are legally permitted to use the Service and have the necessary rights and authorization to access the YouTube accounts, channels, content, and resources that you connect to StreamFlow.
You must not connect a YouTube account or channel that you do not own, control, or have explicit authorization to manage.
3. Google OAuth and YouTube Authorization
StreamFlow uses Google's OAuth authorization system to allow users to securely authorize access to supported YouTube functionality.
When you connect a YouTube account, you choose which permissions to grant through Google's authorization interface. StreamFlow may only perform operations permitted by the authorization and permissions granted to it.
You may revoke StreamFlow's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting the connected YouTube account from StreamFlow where that functionality is available.
StreamFlow does not request or require your Google Account password. Authentication and authorization are handled through Google's OAuth authorization process.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity performed through your StreamFlow account and through any YouTube account or channel connected to the Service.
You agree to:
- use StreamFlow only with YouTube accounts and channels that you are authorized to manage;
- provide accurate information where information is required to use the Service;
- protect your StreamFlow account and authentication information;
- ensure that your broadcasts, videos, thumbnails, metadata, descriptions, titles, and other content comply with applicable laws and platform policies;
- monitor automated streams and scheduled broadcasts configured through the Service;
- ensure that any content uploaded, streamed, or managed through the Service is content that you have the legal right to use; and
- comply with Google's and YouTube's applicable terms, policies, guidelines, and API requirements.
5. YouTube and Google Policies
Your use of YouTube through StreamFlow remains subject to the applicable terms, policies, guidelines, and technical requirements of Google and YouTube.
StreamFlow does not override, bypass, or remove restrictions imposed by Google or YouTube.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the policies that apply to your YouTube account and content.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use StreamFlow to:
- access or control an account without authorization;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent Google or YouTube security, authentication, API, rate-limit, or platform restrictions;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of Google, YouTube, StreamFlow, or their related infrastructure;
- use the Service for unlawful activities;
- distribute or transmit content that you do not have the right to use;
- use the Service to violate applicable Google or YouTube policies;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's StreamFlow account or connected services;
- abuse automated functionality in a manner that violates applicable platform rules or restrictions; or
- use the Service in a manner that could reasonably cause harm to the Service, its infrastructure, other users, or third-party services.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain responsibility for the content you create, upload, schedule, broadcast, or otherwise manage through StreamFlow.
StreamFlow does not claim ownership of your YouTube videos, broadcasts, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, metadata, audio, images, or other content solely because you use the Service to manage that content.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to use and distribute content that you manage through StreamFlow.
8. StreamFlow Software and Intellectual Property
Except for content and materials supplied by users or third-party services, the StreamFlow software, interface, design, documentation, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of StreamFlow intellectual property. You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and any applicable license or authorization provided with the software.
9. Third-Party Services
StreamFlow depends on third-party services, including Google and YouTube. These third-party services operate independently from StreamFlow and may change their APIs, policies, permissions, limits, availability, pricing, or functionality.
StreamFlow cannot guarantee that a third-party API or service will remain available or compatible with every current or future version of the Service.
10. API Limitations and Changes
YouTube and Google may impose API quotas, rate limits, authentication requirements, permissions, restrictions, or other technical limitations.
Such limitations may affect the availability or operation of StreamFlow features.
StreamFlow is not responsible for interruptions or limitations caused directly by changes to third-party APIs, quotas, authentication systems, policies, or platform restrictions.
11. Scheduled and Automated Operations
StreamFlow may provide scheduling and automation functionality for authorized streaming activities.
You are responsible for reviewing your schedules, media files, streaming destinations, titles, descriptions, metadata, and other configuration before enabling automated operations.
Automated functionality may fail or behave differently due to network failures, authentication expiration, API changes, server problems, unavailable media files, YouTube restrictions, or other technical conditions.
You should not rely on StreamFlow as the sole mechanism for time-critical or legally significant broadcasts.
12. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your StreamFlow account and any devices used to access the Service.
You should not share authentication credentials, session information, OAuth credentials, or other security-sensitive information with unauthorized persons.
If you believe that your account or authorization credentials have been compromised, you should take appropriate action promptly, including changing relevant credentials and revoking unauthorized OAuth access.
13. Privacy
Your use of StreamFlow is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information and Google/YouTube data may be accessed, used, stored, protected, and deleted.
By using StreamFlow, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
14. Service Availability
StreamFlow is provided on an ongoing basis, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Service interruptions may result from maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, network problems, hosting issues, authentication failures, third-party API changes, YouTube service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15. Service Modifications
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of StreamFlow from time to time.
Changes may be necessary to maintain compatibility with third-party services, improve security, comply with applicable requirements, or introduce new functionality.
16. Suspension or Termination
Access to StreamFlow may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these Terms, misuses the Service, attempts unauthorized access, or uses the Service in a manner that creates security, legal, operational, or platform-policy risks.
Users may stop using StreamFlow at any time and may revoke Google or YouTube authorization through the applicable Google Account settings.
Termination or suspension of StreamFlow access does not automatically terminate or suspend your Google or YouTube account. Those accounts remain subject to the policies of their respective providers.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every third-party service, or capable of meeting every particular user requirement.
We do not guarantee that a scheduled or automated broadcast will always start, remain live, complete successfully, or receive any particular audience, views, watch time, engagement, revenue, or other result.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StreamFlow and its operators are not responsible for losses arising from third-party platform restrictions, API changes, authentication failures, account suspension, content removal, network failures, service interruptions, incorrect user configuration, or other actions or failures of Google, YouTube, hosting providers, internet service providers, or other third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unauthorized use of StreamFlow, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party platform policies, or infringement of another person's rights through content or activities managed using the Service.
20. No Guarantee of YouTube Account Status
StreamFlow does not guarantee that using the Service will prevent warnings, restrictions, strikes, demonetization, suspension, termination, content removal, API restrictions, or other actions affecting a YouTube account or channel.
Decisions made by YouTube or Google regarding accounts, content, API access, recommendations, monetization, or enforcement remain under the control of those services.
21. No Guarantee of Results
StreamFlow provides technical tools for managing authorized streaming activities. The Service does not guarantee particular results from your broadcasts.
In particular, StreamFlow does not guarantee a particular number of viewers, subscribers, impressions, watch time, engagement, revenue, ranking, recommendation placement, or other performance outcome.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of StreamFlow after an updated version is published constitutes continued use of the Service subject to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to particular StreamFlow features, constitute the terms governing your use of the Service, subject to applicable law.
