StreamFlow ("we", "our", or "the Service") is a streaming-management application that helps users manage and automate authorized YouTube live-streaming activities.
StreamFlow's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the features and functionality requested by the user.
1. Information We Access
When a user connects a YouTube account through Google OAuth, StreamFlow may access information and functionality provided through the YouTube API that is necessary for the authorized features of the Service.
This may include:
- YouTube channel information
- Information about authorized live broadcasts
- Video and broadcast metadata
- Video thumbnails
- Other YouTube resources required to perform actions authorized by the user
StreamFlow does not request or store the user's Google Account password. Authentication is performed through Google's OAuth authorization system.
2. How We Use Google and YouTube Data
Google and YouTube data is used only to provide the functionality requested and authorized by the user.
This may include:
- Connecting and identifying an authorized YouTube channel
- Creating and managing authorized YouTube live broadcasts
- Updating authorized video or broadcast metadata
- Managing authorized thumbnails
- Maintaining the connection required for authorized StreamFlow operations
StreamFlow does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising.
3. Limited Use of Google User Data
StreamFlow limits its use of Google user data to providing the user-facing functionality described in this Privacy Policy.
Google user data is not used for unrelated purposes, including advertising, selling user information, creating user profiles unrelated to the Service, or training artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Information received from Google APIs is not transferred to third parties except where necessary to provide the authorized Service functionality, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or with the user's explicit consent where required.
4. Google OAuth Credentials
StreamFlow uses Google OAuth to obtain authorization on behalf of the user. StreamFlow may receive OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens after the user grants authorization.
These credentials are used to perform authorized operations without requiring the user to authorize every individual operation.
OAuth credentials are stored securely and are protected using encryption at rest. Access tokens and refresh tokens are not displayed publicly or intentionally disclosed to other users.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or Google user data.
Google and YouTube data is not shared with advertising networks, data brokers, or other unrelated third parties.
Data may be transmitted to Google and YouTube as necessary to perform actions explicitly authorized by the user through the Service.
6. Data Security
StreamFlow uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information handled by the Service.
OAuth credentials and other sensitive authentication information are protected using encryption and access controls appropriate to the Service.
Communications between users and the website are intended to use HTTPS. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
StreamFlow retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the authorized Service functionality, maintain account connections, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security of the Service.
OAuth credentials may be retained while a YouTube channel remains connected to StreamFlow so that authorized operations can continue.
8. Data Deletion
Users may disconnect their YouTube account from StreamFlow to stop future access by the Service.
Users may also request deletion of data associated with their StreamFlow account by contacting us using the email address provided below.
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or resolve legitimate disputes.
9. Revoking Google Access
Users can revoke StreamFlow's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security settings.
Users may also disconnect the YouTube channel from StreamFlow where that functionality is available.
10. Third-Party Services
StreamFlow integrates with third-party services including Google and YouTube. These services may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, APIs, and security practices.
Users should review the applicable policies of Google and YouTube for additional information about how those services handle user data.
11. Children's Privacy
StreamFlow is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. Users should only connect accounts that they are authorized to use.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
